This will probably be the title of Keith’s album after he releases the Urban Hits album for all those city groovesters.
You will probably know that Keith, the New Zealand born cowboy wannabe launched his career on the back of the dubious sounding, ‘In the Ranch’ album which probably delivers as much as it promises (I haven’t actually heard it so I can’t coment). Now that he’s matured into the ‘love pain and the whole crazy thing’, he’s singing a bit less about the cows on the ranch and more about more grown up but run of the mill mainstream stuff like love.
As someone firmly routed in the ‘country doesn’t count as music at all’ camp, the gig was quite uncontentious – if you closed your eyes/ears it could almost be Brian Adams.
I’m not a fan yet. I did get a plectrum from the very annoying bassist though.
Ben Aston! How the heck are you?! Liking the site….very nice. give my love to the lovely mrs aston too…..love from mexico co…jo x
